AT LAST!

I'm so sorry it's been so long AGAIN!!! We've been so busy, mommy was sick and TIRED, the internet has been down... it's just been crazy around our household!!!! But alas I'm finally back in action!
Today I turned 16 MONTHES old!!!! Can you even believe it??? My parents sure can't!!!! I'm doing so much these days I amaze them every day! I went for my 15 month check-up about 2 weeks ago and I was 21 lbs 11 oz (about 25%) and 30" tall (about 35%)!!! So I'm doing great:) I'm talking a ton now!!!! I say up, go, shoes (and zabatos), milk, snack, bo bo (for pacifier though I'm sure most of you know that:):)!!!), Bubba, more, dog, kitty, duck, most all of the kids at my schools names, and on and on and on! I am a talker:) And a cute story about that. I love to have mommy do "the piggy's" on my toes, (this little piggy... ) and the other morning, mommy and daddy were both sitting with me and mommy was doing the piggy song, then I said, "Daddy Play". Neither mommy nor daddy could believe their ears but since they both heard it, they figured it must have been what I said! Crazy:) Besides talking, I love dancing, playing with my dolls (I feed them, push them in the stroller, and cover them up with blankets) I like to read books (I bring them to mommy and sit on her lap and start turning the pages!), I love brother Devin (and follow him all around, give him big hugs and sit in his lap) and love when he comes down, I love to feed the ducks (thank you Daddy for making this discovery!). Honestly I'm just pretty easy going:) And am on the go ALL OF THE TIME! I've had lots of visitors in the past few weeks and went to Disneyland, The State Fair, The zoo for the first time with Grandpa/ma von Lahr. It's been super fun around our household:) Here are some pictures and then mommy is putting me to bed. I'm hoping to snap some 17 week belly pics of mommy tomorrow so I hope they make it up soon:) Oh and for those of you that want more pics and are myspacers I just added TONS so check them out:)

Look at the camera and smile:) It's Mickey Mouse! I shocked my mommy a little when I didn't appear to be afraid of him:) Watching the parade from the best seat in the house:) I loved the parade. My mommy had to keep me held tight because I wanted to go out there with them. When the floats would go by I would put my arms up because I wanted them to take me with them:)

We went to the State Fair the wekeend we got back from Disneyland and really we just hung around the animals (since I love them so much) and one exhibit. But it was tons of fun:) Daddy even got kissed by a sea lion:)Then I got to take my first trip to the zoo in Sept with my grandparents. It was a lot of fun! See mommy and me:)

Excited and thankful

Well I have lots to be excited and thankful for these days! Tonight we are leaving for Disneyland with Bubba Devin and my mommy FINALLY turned me around and I have a NEW car seat!!! (Pictures to follow soon). I giggled the whole way home yesterday and it was so much fun to see mommy and a scenery other than the back seat! I'm loving daycare, I'm communicating a lot more and definitely getting more personality (some is good and some... well we are working on it:):)!!!) AND.......
I'm going to be a BIG sister!!!!!! Mommy told me the secret a few weeks ago but today I get to tell everyone that it's official. Mommy and Daddy had the first appt this morning and the BIG DAY will be March 7. She will be 11 weeks tomorrow. The heartbeat looked good and the baby moved all around inside mommy's belly while they were watching waving and kicking it's feet:):) I wasn't there but this is what I will find out tonight:)

River Cats and River Boating

We had a busy week this week! Daddy finished his trial and that night we got to go to a River Cats game with Mommy's work. There were a few friends for me to play with and I had lots of fun. Unfortunately we were all so excited that we couldn't sit still for pictures! So... I only have a couple to show. And this weekend we mostly slept any time we could. Both mommy and daddy have been super tire so every time I took a nap they took advantage as well:) BUT we did wake up Saturday morning and went to the Sacramento River with our neighbors to hang out on their boat. We had a great time. I even got in the river with Daddy and did pretty good! I loved the boat, once I got used to it, and walked all around it:) My Daddy and Denny went knee boarding too and that was fun to watch them. I pointed at them every time they went out or feel down!

Houseboating and 14 months old today!

Well my Auntie Jen, Autumn and Ayla invited mommy and me to go on the houseboat this weekend. Since daddy is so busy working right now we decided to take them up on it!!!! This was my first time in a body of water bigger than me, other than my feet being in a pool, and I did great! Mommy was aftraid that I would jump off the boat so I spend most of Saturday in a lifejacket but I seemed to get used to it pretty quick. It was a little cumbersome, but it was ok:) I even went into the water with mommy. I didn't like it at first, but then it was alright:) Luckily there were other people available to take pictures:) I also got to see some ducks and loved to point at them:) AND I celebrated my 14 month birthday today!!!! Can you believe it??? Time sure flies when you are having fun:):) Here are a few pictures from this weekend. I hope you enjoy!

In case you are wondering daddy's trial is going pretty good but we will ALL be glad when its over! He's working CRAZY hours and WE MISS HIM!!!!!!!

The Sheridan Household

Is finally back in the swing of things. Other than being OVERLY exhausted we are all finally feeling better!!!!! Tommy is starting his second day of his trial and feeling mostly better. Lexi went back to school today and seemed to be great! Other than being stuck to mommy these days she seems to be feeling better, which was my biggest concern!!!
Tommy's doctor sent him an e-mail yesterday saying that all of the test results came back fine so they will be doing another liver enzyme test next month to monitor it. Other than that they don't seem too overly concerned. This is good!!!! Many PRAISES!!!!
