Weeks 12 & 13

Shots, trips, pictures, brother Devin, bebe pods, toys, sleepless nights and a baseball game was the extent of my 12th and 13th weeks of life... I hope that's enough!!!!! Here are some pictures of me during these adventures. Although my mommy already posted the Kiddie Kandid shots with brother Devin and the modeling shots with Deanna:) They are in the archives to the right of this website. Week 11

I am growing up so fast I can't even believe it myself! I love to sleep through the night:) I love to stand and talk to my mom! When I get really excited it looks like I'm running and jumping! I'm sitting up much better, though some times I still tip over. My mom is going to get me a special chair so that I can practice more:) I can't wait!!!! I learned how to turn on my kick'n crawl all by myself this week!!!!! It's so cool. I can just play all by myself and when the music turns off I just kick it and it comes back on! It's the coolest thing:) I am also grabbing at things. This week I grabbed my dads hand and put it in my mouth!!!! I tried to tell my mom I was hungry!!!!:):) We also went and met my potential day care provider. She seemed nice, I just stared at all if the kids, toys and books! It seemed like a cool place:) Mommy says I don't have to start going until October but she wanted to make sure and find a good one! I sure will miss hanging out with my mommy all day! (Mommy started this on 8/6... can you tell I've been keeping her busy because it's already 9/5!!!!!!) I will post of few pictures of this week and my accomplishments and then condense the next weeks into probably 2 posts!!! I've had A LOT of exciting stuff going on but I don't want to leave anything out!!!!!

This is me on 8/11 getting ready to go to my first wedding! It's a friend of my parents from high school. It's going to be a LONG drive up to Weed, but I did great. I stopped to eat on the way up, was awake for the wedding, slept through the reception, woke up to eat before we went home and slept the whole way home and until morning time! Everyone thought I was the perfect child:) I try!!!! We even got to bring brother Devin home so I was excited to wake up and get to play with him. My mommy posted some pictures that we had taken together awhile ago. We had a good visit! That was my week 11! Pretty busy stuff!
Oh I forgot. My mommy started me on a routine this week and I've been sleeping really good for her. I have been for awhile but at least I know it's officially bedtime when it is. I am really liking it! Next week I've heard that I may start sleeping in my crip instead of my favorite swing... but we'll see how that goes. I've been trying to show my mom I can sleep on my back for naps, but I'm not sure she wants to risk my good sleeping habits and put me in my crib! We'll see what she does next week:)

Lexi is GROWING UP!!!

She got her first tooth!!!!! It popped in yesterday... I can't even believe it!!!! I have much to update but no time right now, I just wanted to share. She also slept 11 HOURS LAST NIGHT!!! What a sweetheart, she knew how bad mommy and daddy needed sleep last night!!!!!! More to come VERY soon!!!!!

Lexi's a model

Our very good friend Deanna is starting a business in photography. We went for a play date and she asked if she could take some shots of Lexi for her website!!! Kiddie Kandids Photo's - 8/13/07

I went and had the kids pictures done today. I am posting a few of my favorite. It's so funny because Lexi smiles so much for us...so much that we call her "smiley"!!! But as you can see below she didn't smile very much but she had a few other "expressions" to show!!!! Sooooooo..... cute. We're having a GREAT time with her and Devin! Her 10th week update is ALMOST done!!!
